When will my order ship?
We are eager to get your orders quickly to you! Most order will ship within 5-7 business days of purchase.
I just placed my order, can I add another item to it?
If you want to add items to an existing order, you will have to place a new order for the item and contact us. We will be gladly to waive the additional shipping fee if the order is placed within 24 hours of the original order, just email us at [email protected] and include your order number.
I need to change my order, how can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email us within 24 hours of your purchase. In your email please outline your full name (first, last) and order number. Email: [email protected]
What does Final SALE mean?
“Final Sale” means that there is no refunds or exchanges. Moreover, credit and refund will not be issued for any item marked “Final Sale”
How long does it take to see my return process?
Returns will usually take about 7-10 business days to process after we receive your package, and we'll email you as soon as we open it! Meanwhile, please make sure you keep track of your package with the tracking number.
The item I want is out of stock, what can you do?
Don't worry, we continuously restock merchandise! Click on the “Back in Stock” category to see what we have back in stock.
Can I use more then one promotional coupon on my purchase?
